Toxicologische evaluaties zijn gemaakt van een negental
stoffen, die als zoetstof in de voeding worden gebruikt. Het betreft:
Aspartame, Acesulfam-K, Gemodificeerd Polydextrose, Xylitol, Lactitol,
Sorbitol, Lycasin 80/55, Mannitol, Maltitol. Als resultaat wordt in dit
rapport een acceptable daily intake (ADI) voorgesteld, die gebruikt kan
worden t.b.v. het beleid in het kader van de Warenwet.
