Abstract
totale gehalte.
This report describes analytical chemical research on the extraction efficiency of aqua regia in a closed microwave system for 25 elements in environmental samples. The extraction efficiencies were dependent on the microwave conditions, particularly for Al, Ba, Ca, Cr, K, Sr, Ti and V. The contents of the pressure/temperature monitoring vessel (particularly the amount of organic material in the sample) determined the extraction efficiency in a program controlled by pressure. When the program was adapted in such way that the set pressure was not reached, the reproducibility improved and the extraction efficiency became independent of the contents of the monitoring vessel. At constant microwave conditions the extraction efficiency was independent of the amount of sample, the volume of the acid mixture and the ratio acid:water. The extraction efficiency for HNO3 or HNO3/H2O2 was lower than for aqua regia, particularly for Ca, Cr, Fe, Sb, Ti and V.
