In opdracht van het ministerie van Volksgezondheid,
Welzijn en Sport werkt het Rijksinstituut voor Volksgezondheid en Milieu aan
de zorgportal kiesBeter.nl. Deze publieke portal verschaft burgers inzicht
in de keuzes die ze kunnen maken in de zorg en biedt ze hiertoe relevante
informatie. Vandaar de slogan "KiesBeter.nl wijst u de weg in de zorg".
Dit rapport bespreekt de resultaten die zijn behaald in 2007.
In de 2007 bezochten bijna 2.000.000 mensen de site. De naamsbekendheid
van kiesBeter.nl is in het laatste kwartaal 2007 bijna 16%. De meeste
marketingdoelstellingen voor 2007 op het gebied van bereik, naamsbekendheid,
waardering en nut zijn behaald. De marketingactiviteiten in 2007 waren
voornamelijk gericht op professionals (intermediairen). In 2008 wordt deze
strategie voorgezet.
On behalf of the Dutch Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport, the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment manages the Internet health and healthcare portal kiesBeter.nl (Make better choices). This portal provides citizens with information they need to make personal decisions in healthcare. This report discusses the results obtained during the year of 2007. In the year 2007 almost 2,000,000 people paid a visit to the website. In the last quarter of 2007, almost sixteen percent was aware of kiesBeter.nl. Most of the marketing goals for 2007 are reached. These goals concern range of the portal, brand awareness, appreciation and usefulness of the website. The marketing activities were in 2007 focused on professionals. This strategy will be continued in 2008.
