"In de memo 'Impact van COVID-19 maatregelen op stakeholders in organisaties en netwerken: vijf lessen uit de praktijk' (d.d. 24 september 2021) staan de belangrijkste lessen en inzichten uit narratief onderzoek onder organisaties en netwerken in het maatschappelijk middenkader. Zij spelen immers een cruciale rol in de vertaalslag van de landelijke COVID-19 maatregelen naar de dagelijkse praktijk. De centrale vragen hierbij zijn:
Hoe hebben organisaties en netwerken in het maatschappelijk middenkader de coronamaatregelen en -pandemie ervaren, en hoe zijn ze daarmee omgegaan?
Welke belangrijke lessen levert dit op voor toekomstig overheidsbeleid en communicatie?"
