This report contains a recommendation of technological research and development that should be encouraged in the field of prevention, reuse, treatment and handling of waste materials. Three points of action can be distinguished: 1- Improvement of the quality of raw materials. 2- Production Processes. 3- Treatment and handling of waste materials, with the aim to reuse them as base-material in production- processes. All research effort should be directed to solve the problem of chemical waste. About Dfl. 16 million is needed to initiate this research.
