De beschreven semi-kwantitatieve
cytotoxiciteitsbepaling met behulp van microtiter platen blijkt
reproduceerbare resultaten te geven wat betreft de cytotoxiciteit van te
onderzoeken agentia in het in vitro V79 SCE-test-systeem. Ook is de methode
bruikbaar om gegevens te verkrijgen omtrent de relatieve cytotoxiciteit van
een groep te onderzoeken referentie-stoffen bij equimolaire
doseringen.
