Abstract
In dit rapport worden de meetresultaten van de stations
van het Landelijk Meetnet Luchtkwaliteit in de regio's 1 (Limburg), 2
(Noord-Brabant) en 3 (Zeeland) in samengevatte vorm gepresenteerd. De
rapportage vindt plaats over het kalenderjaar 1993 de zomer van 1993, de
winter van 1992-1993 en over de periode van 1 april 1992 t/m 31 maart 1993
(meteorologisch jaar: EG-referentieperiode). Er wordt gerapporteerd over de
componenten fijn stof (PM10), CO, Ox (=NO2+O3), O3, NO2, NO, NOx (=NO2+NO),
zwarte rook (= zwevende deeltjes gemeten volgens de zwarte rook-methode) en
SO2. In dit rapport worden resultaten van metingen van fijn stof (PM10)
gepresenteerd. In dit rapport worden de resultaten van fijn stof
weergegeven zonder een correctie voor een mogelijk systematische
onderschatting veroorzaakt door de monsternemer. Een uitzondering wordt
gemaakt bij het toetsen aan de kwaliteitsdoelstellingen. Tevens is voor elk
station in het meetnet nagegaan of de Nederlandse grenswaarden voor deze
componenten zijn overschreden. Op landelijk niveau zijn overschrijdingen
van de grenswaarden voor zwarte rook en fijn stof waargenomen. De
(ontwerp)grenswaarden voor SO2, NO2, CO en O3 zijn niet
overschreden.
This report presents tabulated monitoring results from the National Air Quality Monitoring Network for the Regions 1 (Limburg), 2 (Noord Brabant) and 3 (Zeeland) for the calendar year 1993, the summer of 1993, the winter of 1992-1993 and the period 1 April 1992 - 31 March 1993 (tropical year: EC reference period) ; fine dust (PM10), CO, Ox (=NO2+O3), O3, NO2, NO, NOx (=NO2+NO), black smoke (= suspended matter measured by the black smoke method) and SO2 are the components concerned. In this report results of measurement of fine dust (PM10) are presented. These results are not corrected for a possible systematic underestimation caused by the sampler. Furthermore, for every station in the network it was checked whether Dutch limit values were exceeded. Nationally exceedances of the limit values for black smoke and PM10 were observed. The (draft) limit value for SO2, NO2 , CO and O3 were not exceeded.
