Hexamethylphosphoramide (HMPA), O-toluidine, Benzeen, Safrol en Caprolactam zijn getest in de in vitro SCE-test met V79 cellen. Caprolactam en benzeen waren negatief met en zonder metabolisering; de 3 andere stoffen waren positief. De resultaten van de duplo- experimenten kwamen zeer goed overeen. De afwezigheid van mycoplasma in de V79 cellen werd geverifieerd.Abstract not available
