[Karakterisering van immunoaffiniteits chromatografie materialen voor de bepaling van beta-agonisten in biologische materialen.]Publiekssamenvatting
Abstract niet beschikbaarChromatographic immunoaffinity materials against beta-agonists were prepared and validated. Specific immunochemical activity was determined for clenbuterol and was 61 +- 6 ng/mg gel. After one year of storage at 4 degrees C there was no significant reduction of the capacity. Under conditions of maximum binding the recovery for clenbuterol, salbutamol, terbutaline, cimaterol and mabuterol at a level of 200 ng, ranges from 83 to 96% with no significant changes after one year of storage.
