Onderzoek naar de concentratie waterstofsulfide in vier woningen te BestTranslated Title
[Examination of the concentrations of hydrogensulphide in four dwellings in the municipality of Best.]Publiekssamenvatting
Abstract niet beschikbaarOn request of the Inspectorate of the Environment the indoor air concentrations of hydrogen sulphide (H2S) have been examined in four dwellings in the community Best (Noord-Brabant, the Netherlands) in June/july 1991. Motives were ongoing complaints of occupants. They suspect the sewerage to be the cause. Monitoring of concentrations H2S in the four dwellings showed regularly increased levels in one house and incidentally increased levels in two other houses. Concluded is that especially in the first dwelling the air quality can cause serious odour nuisance. To assign the sewerage as the cause a further investigation of its employment is necessary.
