Using this method, environmental quality has been assessed for two ecodistricts: the calcereous dunes and the lowland peat area. The policy objectives of the ecodistricts are formulated in terms of desired environmental characteristics. A limited set of abiotic and biotic indicators is used to enable a quantitative comparison between the desired state and the actual state. Results are presented in a so-called AMOEBE figure. In a concurrent report results are presented for each parameter individually.152 pnl1291-3milieukwaliteitstreefbeeldamoebelaagveengebiedkalkrijke duinenmilieukwaliteitsparameterenvironmental qualitypolicy objectivelowland peat areacalcereous dunesenvironmental quality parameterDe milieukwaliteit van de ecodistricten het laagveengebied en de kalkrijke duinenEnvironmental quality of the ecodistricts the low-land peat area and the calcereous dunesReport2012-12-12
