dc.description.abstractDit rapport bevat enkele achtergrond- en tussenrapportages die horen bij de evaluatie van het Landelijk Meetnet effecten Mestbeleid (LMM). Het RIVM en het LEI, die het LMM beheren, hebben de evaluatie in opdracht van de ministeries van VROM en LNV uitgevoerd. Het rapport bevat eveneens de adviezen van de Technische Commissie Bodembescherming (TCB), die de evaluatie op verzoek van VROM en LNV als onafhankelijke partij heeft beoordeeld. De resultaten van de evaluatie zijn opgenomen in een apart RIVM-rapport (rapportnummer 680717012).
dc.description.abstractThis report contains a number of background documents and interim reports that are included in the evaluation of the Minerals Policy Monitoring Programme (LMM: Landelijk Meetnet effecten Mestbeleid) carried out by the RIVM and the Agricultural Economics Research Institute (LEI) by order of the ministries of Housing, Spatial Planning and the Environment (VROM), Agriculture, Nature and Food quality (LNV) and Transport and Water Management (V&W). The RIVM and LEI are responsible for the management and operation of the LMM. This report also contains recommendations made by the Technical Committee on Soil Protection (TCB: Technische Commissie Bodembescherming) which, at the request of the ministries of VROM and LNV, assessed the LMM evaluation as an independent entity. The results of the evaluation are described in a separate RIVM report (report number 680717012).
