De voltammetrische bepaling van As(III) met een goud-elektrodeTranslated Title
The voltammetric determination of As(III) with a gold-electrodePubliekssamenvatting
Abstract niet beschikbaarFrom an environmental point of view, methods to determine low concentrations of As(III) in surface waters are of great interest. The performance characteristics of Differential Pulse Anodic Stripping Voltammetry (DPASV) at a rotating gold electrode for the determination of low concentrations of AS(III) were investigated. It appeared that in a 1 M H2SO4 medium the calibration curves for As(III) were linear over the concentration range investigated, up to 5 mug/l. Measurement of As(III) is possible down to about 0.2 mug/l As(III). The presence of Cu 2+ and Cd 2+ had a severe, and Pb 2+ a moderate disturbing effect on the determination of AS(III), turning the method inadequate for water polluted with heavy metals.
